“A very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness, bad maintenance, and inadequate service.”

I stayed at Nothing Hotel and it was a total letdown. The bedsheet was filthy, the bed itself had a strong unpleasant odor, and the quilt was also dirty and smelled bad. Both the room and the washroom were in a poor, unhygienic state. The lift was broken, and there was no adequate backup during the power outages. Cleanliness, maintenance, and service were all severely lacking, so I would not recommend booking here, especially if you’re doing it online—double‑check recent reviews before you reserve.

I was in the city center, close to all the historic sites and the main market, and the hotel staff were very polite and kept everything clean and hygienic. I had a great time and everything was perfect.
