“Superb location and excellent price performance”

Everything matched the photos, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The hotel sits in a great spot, close to the metro and Marmaray lines, with easy access to IST and SAW airports, and only four tram stops from the historic centre. Nearby restaurants are good and reasonably priced, which matters now that Istanbul has risen in cost. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the decent noise insulation despite the building’s proximity to a main road, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered good quality and enough variety for a 3‑4 night stay. The only downside was minor bathroom issues from daily use, such as a loose toilet seat and a flush plate that came loose from the wall.

“To be honest the staff was so good and made our whole stay very nice”

Everyone on the team was perfect, especially Şeymus who was a star. Every staff member went out of their way to accommodate us, and there was nothing I disliked.

The hotel is excellent! Everything is clean, tidy, the location is great, and the staff are friendly—full of praise. The breakfast could be more varied.

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was very close to metro and tram station. It was clean too, so we didn't have any problem
