This hotel is truly unique; the staff greeted me warmly and went above and beyond to make my stay feel first‑class. Everything was flawless—thanks a lot, I’ll definitely return soon ❤️

The facilities, staff, food, and service were solid, though the bathroom looked a bit “tired.”

The spa treatments and facilities didn’t live up to what we expected.

The beach of this property is lovely. The staff do not have the basics right. Check in takes forever and you are given lots of irrelevant information. Overall, Service is not anticipatory or comprehensive and things are continually missed. Housekeeping is extremely extremely poor. Overall the quality of the food on offer isn’t notable, and at the lower end. While I think this hotel has potential, it does not act like a 5* hotel. I think a serious change is needed to improve this hotel or it should be reclassified as a 4*
