Au Périgord Noir

Everything met our expectations: the welcome was excellent, the bedding superb, the place very quiet, and hygiene flawless. We dined wonderfully, with rather original dishes. The only drawback – if there is one – is that the pool could use a small solar heater to make it more enjoyable! Nothing else (except the pool temperature).

The calm and the view were perfect. Our room offered a view of the Château de Hautefort. The staff were friendly and available whenever we needed them. Nothing particular.

Good welcome and the director’s friendliness, plus the staff’s kindness. The cuisine was refined with quality products.

The location is close to many sights. The pool. The meals at the restaurant are excellent. The manager and staff are kind.
