“Bella esperienza sul Conero”

The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. The building, located in the heart of the historic center, was renovated from an old house, and the artistic exterior by Massimiliano, the owner, shows the craftsmanship of the renovators. His courtesy and availability made us feel at ease right away, and he gave us valuable tips for our stay on the Conero. Nothing to complain about.

We were absolutely delighted with Massimiliano, who was courteous and welcoming. The room matched the photos, was very clean and spacious. The terrace was perfect for breakfast or an aperitif. Highly recommended!

“War einfach alles spitze!”

Very beautiful and lovingly designed accommodation with a cleverly customized bathroom built into a great location right in the city. The communal terrace is fantastic and the kitchen is lovely, stocked with a full fridge and well equipped. The host, who is also an artist and sommelier, is superb. The restaurant he recommended was excellent. We’ll return!

“Perfekt!”

Stunning accommodation, crafted with great care down to the smallest detail, and also very clean! The location is ideal and the car is only a few steps away. It’s worth staying here for more than just a day!

“Una piacevole scoperta.”

As soon as you meet Massimiliano you realise how much skill and passion went into this beautiful renovation. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the terrace with a view of the Sibillini Mountains is a bonus. Breakfast is good and well supplied. A few minutes by car we visited the lovely Conero Riviera. I believe this will be our regular stop for future trips to the South. The only downside, for those who are particular, is the shower head.
