“Cute and romantic”

The spot’s location and vibe were adorable, and I especially liked the outdoor shower—just watch out for beetles and bees; we even saw a bee while showering, and my husband’s severe allergy made that a real concern, so make sure you’re prepared if you’re allergic. The overall experience was solid, and I appreciated that each trailer had its own private bathroom, no sharing, and we could stash our stuff there too. On the downside, the camper felt a bit humid with a faint mold smell, and we ran into some large bugs around the bed; the description warned about that, so we shook out the curtains and bedding before bed. The TV was a pain, and the internet was spotty—no matter how many times we tried, Netflix and Amazon wouldn’t load.

“TERRIBLE”

Good concept needs real maintenance. I had to spend all afternoon once we arrived on Thursday with complaints on AC and mold smell on unit. Then multiple calls and texts from mgmt company and essentially I spent the entire afternoon on Thursday the day we arrived dealing with problems and then Friday from Morning until early afternoon with crews working on units so only really had Saturday to marginally enjoy. I asked for a partial refund and they are being negative. so no I would not recommend this location. We were pummeled with drama form AC guy that advised us that owners knew of the AC problems and still allowed us to come in since they needed money for repair.I even had to get with mgmt company to get sheets and linens after AC guy heavily soiled 2 units with mold being cleaned out of AC.I feel we were let down and swindled. I would like a refund. We did stay so I did not expect 100% refund since we came for a bachelorette party and drove over 5 hrs to get there. but I did not think it was fair to pay the full amt due to all the problems. I kept text messages, VM recordings and pictures. I had to ask them to stop calling for MY OPINION and that they needed to get a professional out there. They continued to call and really wore me out. They should have handled this problem before we arrived. We were dealing with triple digits and very hot and the AC guy was working on a unit we had not yet gone in to so They KNEW there was a problem. I feel this was negligent. We should have been notified

“An unforgettable experience that I'd love to repeat”

The idea of a separate private bathroom where you can leave your stuff and not be disturbed in the camper is fantastic. The lock on that private bathroom was broken and wouldn’t lock from either side, so we left all our belongings unsecured; even though nothing happened, it made us uneasy. I reported it upon arrival, but nobody came to fix it. There’s no staff on site if something goes wrong.

“Sweet step back in time!”

What a sweet throwback to the past! I loved the peace and quiet, and the owners were extremely responsive and quick to communicate changes or help with needs. The bathroom was warm, but that wasn’t too bad.
