The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my family.
The hotel staff were very understanding when we needed to check out an hour later than usual.

The hotel was spotless on the fifth day, and for my birthday they surprised me at breakfast with a cake and a “happy birthday” banner, which was just adorable. Everything met my expectations and I’d gladly recommend it; the rooms are large, the king‑size bed is very comfy and the bathroom is nice. The only downsides were that the bottled water in the rooms cost extra each day and the breakfast never changed over the six days, although the coffee was good and, as Muslims, we only ate salad, bread, cheese, juice, coffee and cake, which were tasty but could have offered more variety in salads and cheeses for those of us who don’t eat meat or chicken.
The food was excellent, and everything else was fine.
“Very clean,comfortable.”
The room’s air‑conditioning was hard to control; I had to call staff in the middle of the night, but they fixed it. Breakfast was good, and the coffee machine worked well.
“Bueno”
The service was great, but the breakfast left something to be desired.
“Muy buena experiencia al estilo Casa Andina , especialmente por la atención del personal”
We spent three nights in August 2026 as a couple, staying in the former Tourist Hotel now renovated by Casa Andina and perfectly placed in its historic spot. Check‑in and check‑out were swift, the room stayed clean and well‑maintained, the bathroom was fully equipped with great towels, and housekeeping was superb—we even arranged the cleaning time in advance. Breakfast matched Casa Andina Select standards with fruit, assorted breads, hot drinks, made‑to‑order eggs, cheeses and some charcuterie, and on weekends they served Chiclayan‑style fried dishes. The highlight was the service; all staff were friendly, especially Vanessa and Mayeli at the restaurant, who were constantly attentive and made us feel very welcome. The pool, spa, sauna, event spaces and parking all fit the offering nicely, Wi‑Fi worked well and the distance between the rooms and the common or event areas gave us a peaceful rest. As for improvements, the pre‑check‑in system didn’t save our ID details correctly, it would be helpful to remind the front desk that a guarantee can be left for consumption, and we suggest adding a non‑slip surface in the bathtub and clearer signage for the level change between the room and the bathroom.
