The location is excellent and the pool is huge, but the hygiene could use some improvement.

The hotel has a great location but needs some renovations—our bathtub was blocked and it wasn’t a great experience having a shower. We don’t know how often the cleaning staff check the rooms but no one checked on us for two days. Giving the feedback with mixed feelings: the swimming pool is great (also needs a bit of renovation) and their sauna.

The room had no air‑conditioning, and the pool is 2.2 m deep—if you don’t know how to swim, you can’t use it.

As always, the service was excellent, the rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the place wonderful—thanks, Trinity. The only issue was a clogged drain in the pool showers.

It’s close to the center. The hotel is neglected; even at the door you’re greeted by cobwebs. The rooms are decent, but the spa center is quite bad. Broken stairs in the pool and jacuzzi! The staff is responsive, but that doesn’t make up for it.
