The location is good, 1 km from the main mall, and Room 5 was spacious, yet the bathroom drain didn’t clear water after a shower, leaving a constant swimming‑pool effect, the aircon was extremely loud, and dogs barked literally all day and night.

Nice staff and clean. The place is bare‑bone simple, fine for a night or two.

The place is solid, with a rooftop that gives a stunning view of volcano Mayon. The rooms are clean, roomy, and pleasant. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend it.
