I liked the comfy services and the spot of the hotel, but there was nothing to do on a Friday night – no events at all.

“Not 5 star more like 3 star”

The internet was weak, room service was subpar, and the food on special nights was disappointing. The internet provision was poor for a 5‑star hotel, room service meals were poor, and the room cleaning left damp towels that were almost wet.

“Iconic location. Could be excellent with better attention to detail.”
