Breakfast was good overall, although a few items were cold and not heated properly; the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants.

The reception and bell‑hop staff were incredibly friendly, the location is great with everything within walking distance, and the breakfast on the 10th floor, while not very varied, had all the essentials to start the day strong (the building view was a bit disappointing). The air conditioner didn’t feel cool enough, and I was disappointed that laundry services were billed separately. Nothing else to note.

“Location, location, location”

The location more than compensates for its flaws; it's right next to shops. Our room faced the main street, so it can get a bit noisy, but it's manageable. I’ll book again. Breakfast was basic, as one would expect. They didn’t include a hair conditioner or lotion, though they did provide shampoo, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shower cap. I found a cockroach in the bedroom after I killed one, but no more appeared.

Overall, the room is clean and staffs are very kind. Only the hotel's room is a little small
