Everything was great and the service excellent, plus the location was good. Because it’s on a busy street, you hear a lot of car horns. There’s no air conditioning, so it gets hot.

I think the cleaning has improved a lot; in earlier comments that was a low point for me, thanks for paying attention to guests.

Very quiet and safe, the guards are very friendly, the room is small but super comfortable and fully equipped.

The location and facilities are very good, the staff is attentive, and I appreciate the 24‑hour porter service. I couldn’t use the coffee maker because it had mold ;( overall everything was fine!
