“Hygiene issue”

The hotel's location is pretty central, but the noise from the nearby bars can be a real issue. I was really impressed with the staff, though - they were super friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. Unfortunately, the room itself was a bit of a letdown. It was tiny, and I was a bit grossed out by the state of the bathroom - it just didn't feel very clean.

The hotel's location was decent, but that's about where the positives end. I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but things took a turn for the worse when the water supply in the bathroom stopped working entirely. I'm not talking about a minor issue - the tap was completely dry, and I had to go without a shower or even washing my hands for the entire night. Needless to say, it was a pretty miserable experience.

“Please don't book this kind of hotel”

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but things didn't quite go as planned. After a 12-hour journey, I arrived at the hotel, only to be told that my room wasn't available. The management system seemed to be in disarray, and I was left scrambling to find alternative accommodation at midnight. To say I was disappointed with the property would be an understatement.
