“very nice place to stay..definetly we will be back again in the future...”

The location was great, just a walking distance to our destination in Davao, but the guard who greeted us at the lobby was very intimidating.

“disappointing.”

The bathroom was spacious, but there was only one set of towels for five days. The owner was not helpful, and they charged 300 for extra blankets.

The roof garden is a wonderful bonus—I watched sunsets and drank beer every night. The furnishings are minimal.

“Affordable but requires urgent attention on the bed furnishings and kitchen utensils”

The place is close to shops and the market, but the room needs better kitchen utensils—pots are rusted and of poor quality, the rice cooker is too small and definitely needs an upgrade. The furniture and beds need better sheets that look cleaner.
