“Poteva essere un 10 con qualche accortezza”

The room was clean and welcoming, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the self‑check‑in required a special system where you had to send a selfie with an ID next to it, which wasn’t ideal, but you can adapt. The owner kept calling to urge us to send the selfie, but sometimes you can’t answer the phone because of work commitments. The self‑check‑in instructions could also be more streamlined. It’s a pity it could have been a 10; this is meant as advice, not criticism ☺️

“Perfect weekend stay in the city”

I really appreciated that the property let us drop our bags early, saving us money instead of using a locker, and the location was perfect right next to the train station.

The location, cleanliness, and furnishings are good. However, you can hear noise from outside and from neighboring rooms, and the bathroom accessories are poorly cared for.

The location is great, the check‑in instructions are clear and timely, the shared kitchen is clean and well‑equipped, and the terrace is excellent. I might have added two extra pillows to have more options.
