Title: Excellent stay, warm hospitality and great facilities! We stayed at Elegance in Catania and can only say the best! The room was spotless, comfortable and well‑maintained. The shared kitchen always had free coffee, and the fridge was stocked daily with fresh bottled water, toast, jam, cake and marmalade for a nice breakfast. What really makes the difference is the host’s hospitality. One night we were locked out late at night, having forgotten our key. We sent a WhatsApp message and, despite the hour, there was an immediate response: the host’s son arrived in a few minutes, helped us with a smile and opened the door. I recommend it without reservation to anyone visiting Catania. We will definitely choose it again!. There is nothing negative.

Sembra di entrare in un'altra realtà: a differenza della zona esterna la casa è moderna e pulita. Completamente ristrutturata con zone in comune come la cucina e il soggiorno. Stanze da letto divise al piano superiore. Aria condizionata, wi fi e smart tv funzionanti. Letto comodo. Bevande e biscottini, che al nostro arrivo sono state una coccola un più. Colazione self service inclusa. Frigorifero in camera. Kit di cura della persona e phon presenti. La doccia è da ristrutturare

Sara was wonderful, warm, kind, and ready to help; she even took me out to buy sweets at a pastry shop outside the city. The house was very clean, with a sweet on the nightstand and all the bathroom essentials—brush, bath sponge, headphones. The kitchen had coffee, snacks, jam, Nutella, toast, water, and fresh tea. The living area felt very cozy. The city center and Piazza Duomo are just a 10‑minute walk away, and the house is close to all the cultural and historic spots. I recommend it to everyone 🙂👍. On the flip side, the stay was slightly above expectations, but overall it was perfect. Sara was very affectionate with me 🙂.
