“Not worth the price”

My stay at this hotel was marred by cleanliness issues, including the presence of spiders and cockroaches in my room. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and I had to change rooms twice, which was frustrating. However, there was one bright spot – the staff member, Mr. Albin, was always available and attentive to my complaints, which made a big difference. Unfortunately, the hotel's focus on its bar seemed to come at the expense of maintaining clean and comfortable rooms.

“Expected more but turned out to be a moderate staying place”

My room was spacious, which was a plus, but unfortunately, it had a strong unpleasant odor. I requested to be moved to a different room, but the management declined my request. To make matters worse, the food provided by room service was not up to par.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no cleaning kit available in my room.

“Luxury hotel with budget friendly”

I had a great experience at this hotel in Perumbavoor, which I would highly recommend. However, the food was just average, which was a bit of a letdown.
