Good Hotel Yerevan

It was an insult to pay that price for a week in a windowless room! I wouldn’t recommend it, and the staff’s flexibility is questionable.

The location is great, everything is close, but the Harry Potter room has no windows and a low ceiling.

The hotel is well‑located, the front desk offers fresh fruit and lemonade, there’s a common area for freshly brewed coffee, and the staff are polite. Unfortunately, the rooms were much smaller than expected, almost no windows or they’re tiny. We were first assigned a 1st‑floor windowless room with awful street noise and no privacy; after we requested a change we got a 2nd‑floor room with a small street window and a large lobby window, but we had to pay extra. The ceilings are very low because the building has only two floors with a high first floor. The third bed is uncomfortable and creaky, the bathrooms have a faint musty smell, and the price for such a room is high.
