“Pésima atención”
I couldn’t write a review because I couldn’t access my reservation. I had booked with confirmation and informed them in advance that I would arrive in the early morning, yet the hotel never replied to my message. Despite this, I was charged the full night, but when I arrived they denied check‑in, claiming I hadn’t been notified. The staff avoided responsibility and told me to handle the refund directly with Booking, saying they had closed their reservations. I consider this a serious service failure and unacceptable practice, as I was charged without receiving the room. I contacted Booking to request an immediate full refund for the night charged, but I have yet to receive any response.
“Would be nice to not have cockroaches in the room for the price I’m paying”
The bed was clean, but there were cockroaches, and I ended up with even more in my bag when I got home. The hotel told me that all the bedrooms on the bottom floor have cockroaches, yet nothing online mentioned that.
