The service was good, yet the location was poor, rooms weren’t cleaned, the area felt very isolated and it was far from the center.

My family and I loved the hotel; it’s just a few blocks from the cathedral with plenty of dining options nearby, the rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable, we slept very well, and everything else was great.

Top hotel with an exceptionally beautiful interior design, excellent facilities, central location within 10 minutes on foot to the Zocalo, very friendly and helpful staff, and despite being on a busy street it stays very quiet at night.
