“Great staff in a convenient location nearby most of what you’ll want to see”
We really liked the room – it was cozy and comfortable, definitely European. We appreciated that we didn’t have to use any stairs. There was also a very cute and cozy outdoor area where we could sit, share a glass of coffee or wine, listen to music and relax. Satya, our resident staff member, was very helpful with everything! She is amazing and spent almost an hour with us upon check‑in explaining what was available to us, where to go for certain things like shopping, meals and sites to see. Satya was also a great help in booking our transportation needs. If you like something off the beaten path with great service, you’ll love this place. It’s close to the train station and within walking distance to major sites. We can’t thank them enough!! Well, it seemed that we were in an area among the younger student‑aged crowd. So, you will have to be able to accept that there were a few things that come along with that. It’s a safe area but just understand that you’re not among the ritzy, 5‑star accommodations. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to experience local Florentine culture.
