The staff here are absolutely fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The room itself is super relaxing, with a great atmosphere. However, there's a catch - they advertise a fireplace in the room, but the wood was damp and there was no lighter or matches to be found. To make matters worse, there were some dirty dishes and plates lying around.

The service at this place was top-notch, really impressive. Unfortunately, there's not much else to say, as the rest of my stay was pretty uneventful.
