The hotel’s proximity to the historic center is great, the breakfast was delicious, and the beds are very comfortable. The only downside was having to leave… lol.

The service was a perfect 10, with many friendly and attentive receptionists. The location is excellent and it’s easy to get to the city center. I highly recommend it!

There was nothing positive to mention. The property sits on a slope, which isn’t ideal for seniors, and it’s far from the historic center. The room was dirty, lacked proper ventilation, and had a fan without a protective grill, posing a risk from the blades. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens had an unpleasant smell. At 7 am we were woken by the staff’s conversations and laughter, which was very disrespectful; there was no regard for quiet time, and you had to wake up whenever they chose to make noise. Moreover, a large construction site next door started at 7 am, so you should be prepared. We were forced to change hotels; out of three nights we only stayed one, causing a loss because the booking platform didn’t evaluate the accommodations properly.

Quarto muito confortável, a cama "te abraça". Funcionários super atenciosos e educados. O time que prepara o café da manhã, é espetacular. Elas são muito alegres. Estavamos com um bebê de 1.3 anos e foi uma ótima experiência. Nada a pontuar
