Santa's winter Caravan-Kabe Royal

The caravan was freezing; if you can tolerate that, the stay isn't terrible, but it was unbearably cold and there was loud construction noise next to the rooms. The caravan itself is uncomfortable and the price is too high for the experience. 💔💔

The price was fair, but I didn't like the cost. The common area and usage zone were tidy and nice.

“DON’T book - It’s a scam”

Save yourself the money and skip this place. I never managed to check in because none of the three caravans were cleaned for weeks, as the odor suggested. No one was at reception to help, and the listed phone never answered. Only after contacting booking did I get a foreign number. I ended up booking elsewhere because staying in the caravan was impossible. The place is not as shown in the photos; the caravans sit in the backyard next to a construction site (see my pictures). Even though I never checked in because of their misleading listing, I still didn't receive a refund.

The location is quiet, the kitchen is good, and parking is free. However, the beds in the caravan are not very comfortable.

“Not too bad”

The caravan is warm and cozy, making it a good spot for a one‑night stop before a flight, and early check‑in is possible. But it’s definitely not suitable for four people; the shower was full of hair and water on the floor, and the caravan had a sandy feel.
