“Mal atención en la recepción, llegué a las cinco y la habitación no estaba lista.”

La ubicación, la habitación. El desayuno, me cobraron más de lo que aparecía en la reserva, la persona que me atendió no quiso revisar el precio y me cobraron 50.000 más de lo que aparecía en la reserva. La habitación tampoco estaba lista a las cinco de la tarde que fue el ingreso

“Me cambiaron el precio”

The spot is great, but I had a terrible experience because they tried to charge me an extra $300.000 on top of the confirmed price. The price agreed upon at booking must be honored; changing it afterward and threatening a one‑night penalty is deceptive. I demand the original rate be respected or I will file a formal complaint.

“Las camas cómodas si eso si me gustó, la mesa de trabajo pero no me gustan las cosas viejas como por ejemplo la TV y alg”

I love the beds, sheets, and pillows—just like any hotel chain worldwide—and the view of the village is pretty. However, the TV feels very old, everything looks dated, and I got stuck in the bathroom because the sliding door lock wasn’t maintained; some outlets didn’t work, so I spent almost half a day charging my phone only to find the outlet was dead.

“Ottima esperienza”

The building is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The breakfast could use some improvement, but overall the stay was excellent.
