I liked the park pools and the staff’s service, but the room felt a bit old and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The club was good, but there wasn’t enough focus on guest entertainment; most of the time the music was off. The pool TV wouldn’t turn on. The apartment was very old, had no fan, no cabinets, and there was no trash removal or cleaning.

“Péssima experiência, não recomendo!”

The location and pools were good, but the apartment was awful! The beds were broken, the living room had no fan, and the kitchen and bathroom were disgusting. The fridge door wouldn’t close and everything inside froze, and the rest of the bathroom was full of animal eggs! There were roaches and spiders, horrible! The shower was terrible, it dripped, making it impossible to wash your head! The glass door let everyone see you from outside! It was a terrible experience!

There’s a shower in the sauna, but I expected a more luxurious room based on the international name.

The kitchen has plenty of utensils, but the bed was horrible and the cleaning was very lacking.
