The location was fine and the price reasonable, but the lack of a TV and power points was disappointing, and the bathrooms and toilet weren’t as clean as I expected, especially the floors.

“Mala experiencia”

The location might be okay, but the accommodation itself was terrible—extremely dirty, rude staff at cleaning time (who actually didn’t clean), tiles with mold, food that had been rotting for days and wasn’t removed. Very bad experience.

I booked a cheap private room, which was a plus, but the window in room 4 was broken and wouldn’t stay shut— it opened all the way while I slept, and there was no heater so I was freezing.

We stayed four days at this place and it was a nightmare. Finding the property was a nightmare: we wandered with our luggage for about 40 minutes without any response from the host, even though we had asked for more info. The room we got was nothing like the photos on Booking— it was old, yellow‑tinted walls, a bad smell, and no wardrobe. The worst part was the window, already shattered on arrival and impossible to close. We slept four nights in cold, rain, and about 8°C outside, with air constantly blowing in. I called the host right away and he said someone would come fix it, but nobody ever showed up. We were told we couldn’t change rooms because all were occupied. The common areas were in terrible condition: a dirty kitchen, trash left for days with a strong odor, bathrooms that were foul and flooded as soon as you stepped out of the shower, and dust everywhere. It was a truly awful experience. We’ll never return and I warn anyone thinking of booking here to reconsider. We also asked for a refund for the issues, but the property refused to offer a proper solution.

The place is very well located, which is its only real strength. The French doors don’t close fully, letting in air and making the room quickly cold. Sound insulation is also very poor; you hear a lot of street noise. Cleaning needs improvement: the kitchen was fine, but the bathroom and toilets were not clean. Lastly, there’s a luggage storage service in the lobby, but the locks have no keys, making it unusable.
