“Great views with ok buffet”
The rooms were great and the views were good. The rooftop view was lovely, and there was also a second outdoor bath area. The buffet was mediocre, and I’ve seen better bath areas at cheaper hotels, aside from the view.

The staff were friendly and the night view from the large bath was spectacular. The meals were also superb. No complaints.

“a very nice and typical Japanese experience”
The customer service was excellent, the food was great, and the onsen at sunset offered a stunning view of Nagasaki. International guests should bring a translation app, as all information is only in Japanese.
Beyond the unbeatable night view the location offered generous meals, and the reception staff were very polite, giving us a wonderful experience. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hospitality during our stay.
