The place was quiet, perfectly located, the ryad itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location in the medina near Place Melha was great, making access easy. The riad’s subtle, minimalist décor with light wood and white walls, plus a charming fountain, was very relaxing after the nearby souk’s bustle. The terrace pool was small but sufficient for a quick refresh after a day of sightseeing. Staff were helpful and discreet, fitting the atmosphere. We liked it a lot. The street is easy to find, but with many riads around, an extra sign would be welcome.

It’s in the center but super quiet; we stayed with family. The terrace with a small pool was delightful for a quick dip, perfect. Staff were super caring and welcoming.

The riad had just been refurbished, so you could still smell fresh paint and new furniture. It was clean when we checked in. Being inside the medina meant only a few minutes to the shops and a short walk to Jmaa el fnaa, and late checkout was allowed. At this price point there were better options, and we took the risk booking a riad with only two reviews. The location inside the medina also made check‑in tricky; we arrived in heavy rain, had to take a cart from the main road, and no one from the riad came to guide us or offer an umbrella even though we called ahead. We walked five minutes, soaked in rain, and paid for the cart ourselves at check‑in. Aisha offered to pay for the cart at checkout. We were surprised to return to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, only to learn that housekeeping was only available upon request. When we asked in the evening it wasn’t available because the cleaners had gone. Breakfast wasn’t offered despite the higher price. Requesting an extra water bottle was chargeable. The courtyard was almost nothing, which is disappointing for a riad at this price.
