I liked that it was newer, modern, and clean for a location in Naples with its culture and mentality. Breakfast fell a bit short of expectations; the first morning we only received croissants, butter, jam, etc., and only the next morning did we get eggs. We were told the room would be cleaned, but that didn’t include vacuuming or changing towels, just tidying and refilling toilet paper, which felt odd.

The Italian‑style breakfast was abundant and well‑chosen, served directly by Mrs Mara. The location is ultra‑central, right in the heart of Spaccanapoli. The room was spotless and fully equipped. Mrs Mara was extremely kind and helpful. It was a real pleasure; highly recommended.

The stay was great; the room is very bright and new. Everything you need is there and breakfast was lovely. The staff were wonderful and easy to talk to. Nothing negative to mention!

The location is excellent, the staff are available and welcoming, and you can even leave your luggage. The large room is comfortable with two double beds and everything brand new, very nice. The stairs, even though the room is on the second floor of a historic‑center building, feel like a lot.
