The room was huge and spotless, and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook. It’s across the street from the beach and a dog‑friendly park, and a few minutes away from a dog‑friendly pub, which was very convenient. The quiet residential area of Penticton is nice. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance, are wonderful. It could feel a bit cozier if there were lamps instead of just overhead lights; we moved one bedside lamp to the kitchen/dining area and that made it feel cozier.
