The hotel has an incredible family atmosphere that makes you feel at home from day one. Everyone is very kind, helpful, and accommodating; nothing is a problem. The place is clean everywhere. The breakfast is sufficient and offers choices for everyone. It’s a short walk from the beach and promenade, so it’s a great spot. The pool is clean and heated. I can’t find anything to criticize. We’ll definitely return.
We stayed in a room with half‑board for four people. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. We expected the dinner to be a buffet, but it was only salads and desserts; the rest was chosen from the menu, which could be an issue for picky diners (like kids), but fortunately we always selected at least one dish—an appetizer and another meal. The hotel is situated superbly: the beach is just a short walk away and right at the beach entrance there’s a very good restaurant with friendly prices. You’re also a short walk to the other side on the main street. Regarding free bike rentals, the hotel has several bikes with child seats and one child bike. Downstairs, there’s a small play area for kids with an arcade machine. On the beach, you get free beach service and a small locker by the umbrella, which is also great. The staff’s friendliness is definitely worth mentioning; everyone was very kind and helpful. They even started giving us a menu translated into Czech at dinner. The only downside was that the room was quite tight for four people, but fortunately we only stayed one night, so we weren’t in the room much.
The staff were very friendly, the hotel feels family‑run, the food was excellent, the location is great, the pool is nice, there are free bikes to borrow, and the room service is very good.
