The room stank of mold, the cleaning was lacking, and the bathroom smelled bad. We ended up asking to move our stay to another hotel in the chain.

A calm place and good for rest, decent breakfast, bar and restaurant open so you don’t have to leave the premises. There were not enough towels and bed linens for the stay.

The staff were attentive and helpful, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was good, though a bit repetitive. The location is very far from the city center, and directly across from the hotel there are no cabanas, so the beach is open sea.

“Ruim”

I only got breakfast, but the apartment was in bad shape: curtains were poorly hung and fell when moved, there were holes in the wall where the old air‑conditioner had been removed, sheets and pillowcases were worn, all outlets had bad contact, the minibar lacked a drink glass, the bathroom sink was broken, and the biggest issue was an unlocked door inside the apartment that led to a room under renovation, which made me feel very insecure about my privacy. The hotel seems to be falling apart and urgently needs renovations.
