“Posizione ottima per uno scalo”
Ottimo hotel per trascorrere una notte prima del volo! Personale molto gentile, camera pulita e comunicazione super efficiente tramite messaggi. Molto comodo anche il transfer aeroportuale incluso. Un soggiorno semplice e piacevole, perfetto per uno scalo. La camera dispone anche di un mini bar e di un menu a disposizione, davvero comodo per avere tutto il necessario durante il soggiorno
Good value. Staff were friendly. The tv in the room volume didnt work (no sound) and had to be switched off at the wall at night. No huge concern though
“Quality deteriorating”
Excellent location for my work. English is not a problem and staff are generally very friendly, responsive and helpful. There were bed bugs on my last stay and there were bed bugs again this time (they gave me the same room - don't know if all the rooms have the same problem). Ceiling is mouldy and the property/rooms are starting to look tired. Perennial problem at this property which still hasn't been solved over the last 2 years is that the hot water runs out VERY fast. You have to turn the water off while soaping/lathering or you will end your shower with cold water. When I stayed there this last time, the air-conditioner stopped working at around 2 am and I couldn't get it to work. i reported it but there was no one at reception at that time. I tried the air-cond again when I woke up in the morning but it also didn't work. I informed them again at checkout when I handed them my room keys (just for their info). They checked and told me the air-cond was working (?). Not as good value for money now as they were 2 years ago unless they improve on hygiene (e.g. bed bugs and ceiling mould) and the hot water system
