The place was convenient, reasonable, and exactly what we needed; they didn't charge me extra for my small dog.

Nothing good. It was very noisy, the whole floor sometimes vibrated when trains passed by, and I found bed bugs in my bed—this is completely unacceptable.

The beds were comfortable, but one bed frame had a protruding hook that I tripped over several times; it was mostly quiet aside from traffic noise, yet the bathroom had no working exhaust fan and there were only a few towels.
