The owners were courteous and accommodating, the people were lovely, the location was good and the sea view was beautiful; however, the entire building feels very old with no attention to detail, it really needs a full renovation, and the salty portion of the breakfast could use more care.

The location was fine, but the room size was too small.

The proximity to attractions was good, but the price was too high.
