Getting to the conference center was easy and there are restaurants nearby; the gym and club access were nice, but the club breakfast times were limited.

The location and food were good, but the shop staff were very rude to my wife and gave us a false phone number to complain.

The hotel sits right in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. Nothing else to mention.

The property was well maintained, but sometimes there was no hot water.

The place was clean, but the staff seemed underprepared and the bill was overly detailed and confusing. I ended up being charged $1500, and only after several emails did they correct the mistakes.
