I booked the Collection O Heritage Room for 09‑10 Jan 2026. When I got there around 2400 hrs, the motel staff told me I’d need to deposit Rs. 1000/- upfront and didn’t mention that I couldn’t check in without it. My wife and 4‑year‑old daughter were with me at 2400 hrs, so I had no choice but to pay Rs. 1000/- and get the room. The room was filthy—bedsheets and pillows were very dirty, and the bathroom was also in bad shape.

They handed us a very dirty room, and the shower was broken; the bucket they gave us was so filthy that we refused it, only to have them replace it with an even dirtier one. They claimed the room wasn’t safe and said nothing would get stolen. The staff’s attitude was arrogant and condescending, insisting we pay first. When I mentioned I’d pay online, they didn’t welcome me.

Nothing to like; the staff are greedy and ask for extra money.

Not worth the money. The washroom had no working taps, no soap or handwash, and no hot water facility.
