“This is more like a 3 stars hotel - they need better staff to earn high end clients .”

I was left hanging at check‑in even though I arrived well past the official time, and the staff took forever to get me into my room. The room wasn’t cleaned until 17:30, and when I raised the issue with management, they offered no compensation. The manager, Ceyda Noyan, seemed clueless about her role, which is disappointing for a St Regis property that should have better staff. The reception and restaurant staff were also unprofessional.

“Amazing staff and best services”

The location is excellent, the property is beautiful, rooms are spotless, and the staff are outstanding—service was exceptional and everyone was friendly and helpful. In short, everything was excellent, so I have no major complaints.

“Great service from check in to check out.”

The property is gorgeous with a view of Macka Park, and it’s a short walk to upscale shopping and great restaurants.
