“Ligar organizado , limpo e de staff fantástico .”

Fantastic service, especially at reception with Ana who was very helpful and professional! The staff were excellent. However, there was a lack of staff at breakfast; only one person was serving a large crowd. Ten tables were occupied, 18 customers, and a single employee was handling food replenishment and other tasks. During peak hours more people should have been present, otherwise many items were missing and wait times were long.

“Great vibe and cleaness”

The room was clean, and the sauna, Turkish bath, pool area, and game area were all good. The breakfast didn't offer good value for money, and the sauna lacked water for heating.

The restaurant and bar service was problematic: the kitchen is the same, but we had to order some items on one side and others on another, which meant we ate at the same table (me and two kids). The strict timing for simple food requests was frustrating—carbonara was only available until 18:00. The kitchen is open for dinner, but the dinner menu at the Restaurant doesn't include carbonara, so nothing was prepared. My son had to leave for dinner before 18:00 to get the carbonara, and we ended up leaving later to dine at an outside restaurant. It's so easy to fix that it even impresses.

“Gerne wieder”

Top Hotel zum relaxen, aber auch sportlich Aktiv zu sein. Frühstück ist ausreichend, Abwechslung könnte nur etwas größer sein. Soweit alles in Ordnung, hoffe es wird rechtzeitig in die Instandhaltung investiert
