I couldn’t order breakfast or dinner with my booking, which was very disappointing; the hotel couldn’t handle meals for all guests, and the Wi‑Fi was terrible, like from the 2000s, making the expensive stay unacceptable.

The onsen was fantastic, especially the outdoor one, and the staff were friendly while the rooms stayed spotless. I didn’t book breakfast in advance and it was already full for the next day when I arrived.

Getting to the hotel was a breeze and everything was squeaky clean; the staff were warm and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We had a restful stay and the onsen was a nice bonus, plus parking was available. It was a bit on the pricier side but still worth it, and it would have been even better if our room had a nicer view of the town.

This traditional Japanese inn impressed me with every staff member’s warm enthusiasm and willingness to sort out any issue I faced, and the freshly renovated rooms lacked the usual dated feel of hot‑spring hotels, making it highly recommendable. I especially appreciated the male front‑desk clerk who, despite our delayed arrival caused by a shuttle mishap, greeted us with such vigor that we felt truly welcome. There was nothing negative at all—a place that makes you want to linger forever.
