The hotel looked stylish, the room was great and it was centrally located, yet the staff could have been friendlier and provided more information such as the Wi‑Fi code, a city map, or details about the restaurant and other facilities; we had to ask everywhere, and when checking out the PIN machine didn’t display the amount; the restaurant itself was more like a lunchroom than what we expected from a hotel of this caliber, lacking coziness.

The staff were attentive and professional, and the rooms were very comfortable and well equipped.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast offered very little variety; the space was just enough for the size of the hotel, yet it’s unacceptable for a place of this level that they also accommodate groups, creating a chaotic environment for non‑group travelers and for the staff who have to manage a very unpleasant situation.
