“Ghost rider”

The location was difficult, the staff had a bad attitude, and the proof service was lacking. I had to sleep in the garage because I couldn’t find the right location and no one answered the call initially. When they finally responded at 00:20, the lady was rude. I sent emails and am still waiting for a reply. I paid for nothing because I never reached the accommodation, so I want a refund.

“I didn’t stay I left the place”

I was really put off by the noise from the street, with people partying outside and blasting music. The communal area was a bit of a free-for-all, with people walking around naked and others sleeping on mattresses on the floor - it was a bit confusing, to be honest. My room was a mess, with a broken lock that made me feel pretty unsafe. In the end, I decided to cut my losses and book a different place nearby.

“Horrible”

I'm still fuming about my recent stay at this hotel. I booked two rooms, but when I arrived, I was told that there was only one available. To make matters worse, I was assigned to sleep next to a staff member in the same room, which was a huge concern for me as a solo female traveler. The hotel claimed that I had to pay extra for my stay, but when I asked for a refund, they were completely uncooperative.
