A family room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was convenient, and the housekeeping kept it clean regularly. The bar menu was good, and walking to the lower elevator takes about 10 minutes. The door soundproofing, however, was zero.

The hotel was clean and cozy, with decent breakfasts and a great location; driving to the lift takes 5 minutes. We went to a meeting and were allowed to leave a bit later than the scheduled time. The snow around the hotel wasn’t cleared, and we had to dig our car out of the parking lot with two shovels for an hour.
It’s a nice hotel with all the facilities, but the staff were not friendly at all and a little rude—perhaps they didn’t speak English—so I didn’t feel very welcome. It’s also a bit far from the actual ski area and hard to reach the slopes at night without your own transport.

The place was cozy, offering amazing views; the balcony and outdoor spots felt truly peaceful. The staff were super friendly, letting us check in well before the official time without extra charge and showing us the basics of how to enjoy the venue. For us Asians, the attached bidet or shattafa in the bathroom was essential. The closest ski lift is roughly a 10‑minute walk, and there’s a nice church nearby. No complaints at all. Thanks for a comforting stay; hope to return soon.
