I was not on the guest list despite having booked and paid.

We booked through the app, but the room we received was already occupied by other people. We were given the key for that room, and when we arrived at night, people were sleeping on the beds. We had to move into another dark, empty room to sleep. The place was filthy: dirty, used sheets with food residue and stains, floor covered in hair, bedside tables with fur, a dirty bathroom, a toilet with hair, and a bathtub full of hair.

I didn’t realize at first that it was a private lodging and that we’d have to share the toilet with other guests and the host’s personal toilet situation, which was not clearly stated when we booked.

The staff were arranged perfectly, everything was very calm to ensure a good rest.

The lack of cleanliness was obvious: the oven had no handle, the microwave and kitchen hood were filthy and unusable, plus there was a lot of other mess.
