The communication was smooth, the room was tidy, and the location was pretty quiet, so I didn’t experience any disturbances.

There was nothing positive to mention. The floor was covered in hair and pubic hair, even on the pillow. I was supposed to stay four nights but only stayed one, sleeping sitting up because I was too disgusted to lie down. I ended up moving to a hotel in central Lisbon.

The room was great, located in Almada, with a handy fridge and a short walk to shops, cafés, and the beach; the staff were very friendly and helped us immediately after we landed in Portugal. However, it was very hot, there was no AC, there weren’t enough hanging spots for wet towels or clothes, and we had to buy our own iron.

The room was nice, clean, quiet, and newly renovated, meeting all expectations fully—everything worked well. The hosts were very friendly, self‑check‑in was hassle‑free, and the old town setting offered authentic restaurants. Walking to the Tagus River is quick, and the ferry takes you straight into Lisbon, making it great for exploring the city while staying a bit away from the crowds and heavy tourist traffic.
