An 8‑minute walk reaches Doge’s Palace; 800 m leads to St. Mark’s Basilica. Nearby dining options receive high praise.

The accommodation is fantastic, on the street which makes it easier, the location is ideal for connecting with water transport and very close to all spots, very near the Plaza de San Marcos. The accommodation is very well kept to the smallest detail. Riccardo was very kind and gave us all the directions and was always available for questions. We will definitely repeat.

Amazing location, the host gave us all the information I needed and went above and beyond for us. Property was clean and new and had everything we needed. Nothing.

The place was immaculately clean, cozy, and spacious enough for two even though I was solo. Host Riccardo was fantastic—great communication, helpful with directions, and offered solid restaurant and bar suggestions that turned out to be spot on. The location was superb, within walking distance of prime spots and vaporetto stops, with local shops, eateries, and bars nearby—a perfect base for exploring Venice.

The location near the Biennale was great, and communication with the host was very friendly and everything worked smoothly. The price‑to‑value ratio for Venice was excellent! The apartment is on the ground floor and a bit dark; the window faces the back of a restaurant, so you can’t really see out. The kitchen equipment could have been better—there were no knives or dish soap, and there was no outlet next to the bed.
