The place was quiet, the reception staff were kind, helped me with my computer, printed documents, and were very understanding; the only downside was that there were no sunny days, haha.

The room was large and good, and the hotel is in an excellent spot; breakfast starts at 7:30 h, which is impossible for a hotel, today it was very simple with few options, and they even sprayed a cleaning product on the floor that had a strong odor, making the floor a bit slippery; the bathroom was very basic, needed improvement, and had a faint unpleasant smell that could have been from poor cleaning or plumbing; the elevator was under maintenance.

The receptionists were attentive, polite, and charismatic, ready to help with everything you need—well deserved kudos. No complaints.

The hotel was simple but very clean. It’s close to the beach and the Sapiens walk.
