“comfortable accommodation but not uninterupted sleep”

Check-in was very easy, and not having to go through security at Singapore airport saved so much time. The airport scheduled a fire alarm check for 4am and did not notify or isolate the hotel. We were woken at 4 am by the fire alarm that continued to sound for 30 minutes before it was shut off. There was an announcement over the loud speaker into our rooms that there was no need to evacuate but that really didn't help us to get back to sleep. The staff were very apologetic

“Great for a long layover if you don't want to go into the city”

Great for long layover between long-haul flights. Easy to find, easy check-in, comfy bed and nice linens, good facilities, nice to have a window view. Dinner and breakfast voucher included for our stay. Was expensive for the room, but we were happy to pay for a long layover

The room was very large and very quiet. The check‑in staff was slow and rude, which made us feel uneasy straight away. The curtains were blackout but let light in around the sides so they did not really work. Given the price paid for a 12‑hour booking we were disappointed with our stay.

“Quiet haven for a long layover.”

A great way to break a long layover with an in‑transit hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. A meal voucher was also provided. It is a bit on the expensive side.
