Bed and Breakfast Il Cardellino

We enjoyed a fantastic stay: all our needs were met, the atmosphere was tranquil, the views were beautiful, breakfast was delicious and lovingly prepared by Romina, the room and bathroom were fully equipped, and the whole property was clean, cozy, and well maintained; we’d love to return and highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

“Super Lage, Nette Leute, gerne wieder”

The location is fantastic, the owner is very friendly and speaks German, and parking in front of the house is available; the drive is a bit adventurous for motorcyclists but doable. However, there’s no place to buy dinner or any meal nearby, and the breakfast, while lovingly made, was very small and vegan.

“Außerordentliche Unterkunft mit Charme und Liebe eingerichtet”

Everything was wonderful: the décor was lovely, the breakfast was prepared with care, the reception was warm, we warmed up in the beautiful bathtub, enjoyed the bathroom and the bed, and stayed indoors because it was too cold outside; thank you very much for everything.

“Freundlich, zuvorkommend, heimelig…wie ich mir auswertsschlafen vorstelle!!!”

The accommodation is very quiet yet close to Poschiavo. The furnishings are lovely and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is top‑class, the bed extremely comfortable, and the whole apartment feels simply gorgeous and homely. Romina gave us excellent dinner recommendations and her breakfast was sensational. Everything pleased us; we’ll gladly return when we’re nearby again!

“Most amazing place ever”

My partner and I fell in love with everything about this place – the cats roaming around, the surrounding scenery, and the peaceful vibe. The host was genuinely the kindest person we’ve met, and the vegetarian‑friendly breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We left feeling grateful and already hoping to return soon; it’s definitely the highlight of the past three weeks.
